2. Purpose
The website is a professional portfolio. Its purpose is to present the owner's experience, services and work, and to provide ways to get in touch. The website does not sell products or process online payments. Any service is agreed directly and in writing with each client.
3. Terms of use
Access to the website is free and requires no registration. By browsing it, users agree to use it lawfully, not to damage the website or its infrastructure, and not to try to access restricted areas without authorization.
The Client login area is a private work tool reserved for clients with credentials issued by the owner. Use of that tool is also governed by the service agreements with each client.
4. Intellectual property
The texts, design, photographs of the owner, the "Miguelina Rodríguez" brand and the website's other original content are protected by Colombian Law 23 of 1982, Andean Decision 351 of 1993 and other copyright and industrial property rules. They may not be reproduced, distributed or transformed for commercial purposes without prior written authorization. Brief quotes are allowed with attribution.
The client work shown in the "Before & after" section and the social media posts are displayed only as portfolio samples, with their owners' authorization. Third-party trademarks, logos and trade names belong to their respective owners. If you own any of this content and want it removed, write to the email above and your request will be handled.
The website's typefaces (Anton, Montserrat and Playfair Display) are used under the free SIL Open Font License 1.1 and served from this same server.
5. Reviews and figures
The student reviews on this website are real reviews published on the Preply class platform, shown with first names only. Follower and view counts reflect the accounts' statistics on the stated date and may change over time. They are not a promise of results.
6. Third-party links
The website links to third-party services (for example Instagram, WhatsApp, Preply or email). When you click them, you leave the website and are subject to those services' terms and privacy policies, over which the owner has no control or responsibility.
7. Liability
The owner strives to keep the website's information accurate and up to date, but does not guarantee that it is error-free or that the website will be available without interruption. The owner is not liable for damages arising from misuse of the website or from technical interruptions beyond her control.
8. Personal data and cookies
The processing of personal data is explained in the Privacy policy. The use of cookies is explained in the Cookie policy. This website uses no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.
9. Governing law
This notice is governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any dispute will first be resolved directly and amicably where possible. Consumers keep the rights granted by Law 1480 of 2011 and may contact the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce.
